Likely just a brief skate but a step in the right directionWow, clearly Tavares is actually Wolverine, and his uncanny healing factor has kicked in.
Amazing news.

True and no doubt his wife being in the medical field can help matters recovery wise alsoConcussions are weird, as someone already mentioned. Not surprising if he is good to go once the knee is good, also would not have been surprising to miss 6 weeks with headaches. Just never know. Not concerned that he is rushing it, if he’s ok he’s ok, got a top notch medical team and a young family to keep him grounded.
I never had any doubt tbh. If he's looking like this within a week I don't see him being out any longer than the full two weeks.
Get fans in the stands for his return, pls!!!
What planet is this guy from? How is he even skating right now??!!
Obviously not a doctor either but you'd think he'd at least have done some damage to his neck and would have had a pretty serious concussion. The fact that the doctors said he has neither blows my mind. I suppose being an elite athlete you're just built different but man, the hit looked awful. The planet of "he is a lucky MFer" lol but it's just great to see the guy out and about, feel so happy for his family.
I am absolutely no doctor but I feel that 99% of the time that hit results in far worse issues, but I am grateful he was ok. Just a feel good best case scenario.
It has. jimmy vesey could join canucks within the same day because he never left the bubble (Leafs -> his own car -> Van (road game at Ott)). Another leafs needed to quarantine before he could join Canucks because he left the bubble (leafs -> air Canada ->Van)there is no bubbles this year/ season

If he can come back tmw and the day after, that is a good newsPromising news!

no there is not full bubbles like last year people have to quarantine only if they leave the state / leave Canada. It has. jimmy vesey could join canucks within the same day because he never left the bubble (Leafs -> his own car -> Van (road game at Ott)). I know Ben Hutton had to quarantine before joining the leafs but that is because he was on the covid protocol list priorIt has. jimmy vesey could join canucks within the same day because he never left the bubble (Leafs -> his own car -> Van (road game at Ott)). True no doubt his helmet staying on saved him from worse injuryKept telling you guys, you collectively we’re very naive in recognizing that this was a knockout. He had a higher risk of neck injury than anything seriously brain related there. But no, always gotta be doomers around here!
She can help him with his rehab still since not all parts of rehab need to be done at the rinkI know she is a physiotherapist and that physiotherapist play a big role in concussion rehabilitation
The point that I was making was that she shouldn't have to treat her husband. That's not her job. He is not her patient.

?3rd? Still there in the 1st round!
Oh ok that makes sense then anyone who thinks teams are in a bubble are wrong though only have to quarantine if they leave or arrive to Canada from elsewhere. He was coming from the US just like Foligno and Nash who had to quarantine for 7 days after entering Canada.
