When I was a kid any NHL goalie who wasn't 1, 29, 30, or 35 was sus.Its like a number for a goalie that had 5 goalies injured in front of him.
Cristall's performance is pretty eye-popping so far. As someone who hasn't seen him play or know much about prospects, how should we read into this? what do we think he could become at the NHL level? Or is it just a product of not being able to go to the AHL and being too good for his league?
His play is certainly better than last year, due to improved skating and strength. They *really* worked on his skating this summer, and it’s been a major factor in his numbers.Cristall's performance is pretty eye-popping so far. And Sikora for the Czechs.
yeah, he is much better but also this is his 4th season in CHL due to dumb rules. He has outgrown so kinda expect him to dominate. But what he is doing is beyond that and he should definitely be on this team. Might get snubbed because Canada hates the Caps. His play is certainly better than last year, due to improved skating and strength. I also DO think he’s too good for his league, and should absolutely be in Hershey.
No, not THAT Petr Sykora.
The other one!
Belarus isn't sending a team.Did little Protas make his team?
Athletic's latest WJC prediction has Cristall on the top line with Catton and Ritchie. They do not have Cam Allen making it, but Wheeler gives him a shout out for his strong season thus far.The plot thickens.
