Man, that was an exciting game!!! Anyone else think Mike Green would be looking at a suspension if this was the regular season? That was brutal on Dorsett.

I never liked Green. He's simply a smug jerk so used to being a big fish in his small pond. The guy was turned into a star because of scoring while being a junk defenceman.

I thought the refs let both teams pretty much play and only called the obvious stuff, which is how hockey should be.


Also, maybe now people can stop talking about how Lundqvist needs to "steal" a win.

It brings joy to my soul to see lundqvist shutout WSH just because their fan base are the biggest whiny little ****** i have ever seen. Worse than PIT, worse than MTL. My goodness.

Also, Outside of henrik godqvist, Stralman has been a candidate for MVP. Quietly playing SO solid.

There was nothing blatant. The Rangers were very disciplined. Even in the last game, the Rangers took only two penalties, which wer obvious ones. They have been very disciplined.

I thought Nash turned in a better effort tonight, maybe that's just my perception.

Cally is doing weird stuff, not sure why. Mostly after sticking with Richards for the season, I am happy that he is getting few minutes. He does very little that rises up and gets your attention.

I still don't see how they helped us. The Rangers have been disciplined all year. They know if they start taking penalties, this series is over. It's not like a team has to take penalties.

Expect some Caps power plays tomorrow. But I don't get the pissing and moaning. The Rangers PP does nothing but give Ovechkin rest and tire out the Rangers' "best" players.

Nash had an alright game. His play before the Brass goal was ****ing fantastic. Besides that though it was more of the same.

The blood = 4 min rule is only for high sticks. The penalty called was a cross check. That said, still should have been more than 2 min. But since it was so late in the game, the refs weren't going to do that the way they were calling the game.

It should absolutely be a suspension, unless the Dept of Player Safety is a joke. That said, the Dept of Player Safety is a joke. So it won't be. Plus next game is game 7.
