If you’re saying anything is a problem tonight you’d be correct. Finishing, goaltending, system - they all sucked

Can you really blame this on systems? First goal was a breakdown, okay. Second was Severson being a moron, next was Bratt being a moron, that last one I don’t know.

Ultimately, finishing, concentration, and goaltending were the biggest culprits for me. Washington tightened up and I think they got frustrated.

Also Hughes just straight up needs to be better. We simply won’t win a lot no matter what if he’s playing badly.

I was calling for Tatar and Blackwood to be fired into the sun earlier.

Tatar has been one of the better forwards in this game imo his play in the boards in d zone leaves a lot to be desired but he is at least skating tonight

82 games there will be some that are stinkers. I just don’t recall this team being outplayed and actually winning to the posters point it seems the devils in order to win have to play excellent they rarely if ever play bad and steal a win.

Yeah I’m not pinnning this on Blackwood they were all excellent shots that should never have been. You can keep Hughes in the em h in the third for my money he is playing pond hockey out there

They have played like crap overall. But 5 goals on less than 20 shots is awful. The second and third goals were awful awful turnovers (the third was one of the worst I have seen) but both were shots from points on the ice where the goalie need to get a piece.

I don't understand how Tatar continues to stick around yet Johnsson got banished to the shadow realm. AJ was the far superior player in my estimation. Johnsson played way harder and competed at least, he was just lacking in terms of skill.

Tatar is a net negative pretty much every time he touches the ice, I might be willing to overlook the glaring deficiencies in his game if he was a capable scorer, but that part of his game is absolutely trash now too.

We aren't going anywhere fast with bums like him in the lineup night in night out. especially when we have Boqvist, Zetterlund & Holtz in the press box.

I know you don’t know what to say. It’s ok. My point was he is moving his legs and had some quality chances. You think he is uncapable of having a good game ? He’s having a good game you want to argue he should be scratched in favor od someone else that’s ok but he is playing decent tonight.
