This is terrible.... Doesn't matter how good one is a driver of motorcycles as when a car does something incorrect one might not have any time to adjust.
That's why they're a complete no-go for me. Neat machines, cool to see on a track, not at all something remotely safe or practical when all variables are taken into account.

I'd rather learn to dirt bike and go off actual jumps than ride a motorcycle, and probably feel safer in the process.

edit: Realizing that's a bit insensitive right on the heels of this, and obviously there's no blame on his part and plenty of people do it but it's just not a risk I feel comfortable taking. Condolences to the family, he had a kind smile in a lot of his roles and even though I can't recall many outside of, like... Everwood I remember seeing him now and then and going "oh Everwood guy, I like him"

Everwood came into my mind first as it should be that decent series run one just spends more time with an actor in a role. He always seemed to bring this earnest caring to his various roles when it was there and it seemed like a natural wheelhouse from an acting perspective.

While my brother was really into street bikes I could not help but read about every reported motorcycle accident. Sure some were on the riders doing dumb things but still the depressing number were just bikers driving as they should and getting blasted by cars.

yeah I have amazing respect for the technicians who can drive motorcycles excellently, and a similar disrespect for idiots who drive cars every day in my presence. Magnificent machines but I personally prefer that big 4 door safety net whose crumple zones aren't my face.

Great projected warmth as an actor though, without being completely smarmy. Just natural.

Succession is such a weird show, it is witty and very modern but such a slow burn. I’m in season 3 and not really understanding the hype

Gordon Ramsay's Food Star is the best show on TV right now.

I only started watching it about 2 Sundays ago and binged 4 episodes in one day, then the UK series over the last week. It's really fun to watch.

Lot of questionable people though like "pink haired girl"

I started watching Game of Thrones for the first time. Just finished season two. Pretty good so far though season two felt all over the place. The end of the season finale for season two was awesome.
Still haven't finished s2 although I did find it somewhat intriguing with Stannis trying to take the kingdom back overseas while being mesmerized by that red witch

My issue with S2 is it felt like so much was going on and a lot of it felt unnecessary. Without getting into spoilers, the entire Qarth storyline seemed to be created just to make sure Daenerys got screen time. I don’t see how it progressed her backstory or character at all.

I felt like all of the important stuff in S2 could have been wrapped up in four or five episodes. Maybe it’s just they’re setting things up for dramatic storylines in future seasons but it just felt a bit drawn out to me. I still enjoyed it but I thought S1 was better.

My advice: skip the TV show, read the books. Vastly better experience. I think I read the first 4 books over a span of two weeks -- you cannot put them down once you start reading them. Totally engrossing.

Not a fan of GRRM's prose personally. The plot of the ASOIAF novels is interesting, but I can't persist thru three pages of describing someone's meal. So I stuck to the TV show.

I think Succession is massively overrated, however one of the episodes in season 4 is among the best singular episodes I've seen on TV. So if you've made it as far as season 3, I'd say keep going for that one episode alone.

But for as much as people spout off about Succession as if its a high brow masterpiece, it's essentially just a soap opera.

After doing 3 full re-watches, there is so much hidden, subtle content in the early seasons that entirely informs the final seasons and conclusion, it may seem slow or un necessary but its all part of the fabric of the story. Soooo many things that either reveal themselves later why they were important our outright foreshadow like classic literature so often does. A lot of that seemingly worthless screen time will come back to have some meaning later. Stay focused :D

This is because that's exactly what it was there for. It was an invented plot not in the books.
I mean, it's been a minute since I've read so my timelines are all screwed up, but it was probably because they didn't want to have Emilia Clarke shitting her pants for episodes on end or that really weird sleeping scene with her chamber maids. Even if that last one has some maybe arguable importance.
