I’m guessing Florida will be hunting for a top six forward. LA apparently is as well, and covets Boeser.

Also wonder if Winnipeg will make a splash at all. They’ve been quiet.

I agree, and he's locked up for another year to a good cap hit.

However, I haven't paid much attention to him since he got injured, and I read some sharks fans saying his skating and defensive play haven't been the same since coming back. Not sure if that's still the case.

Also his offensive production has fallen off since going on IR. 25 points in 31 games before the injury, 7 points in 19 games after.

I agree, I'm just confused as to what Bowman's vision is, if he even has one.

Do the Edmonton Oilers really need more puck moving LD? Is the market really so terrible that these are the deals they move 1sts+ for? Is a marginal upgrade on LD worth a 1st when they have 1 RD, 1 D who can actually defend, and no goalies?

Not sure if they'd be willing to punt on the season and waste a year of Bratt and Hischier's prime. With Jack Hughes injury history it's also likely this situation could play out the same way again down the road.

I have worked in social services for over 15 years. I now have my own practice and work with folks of almost all ages, but on my journey to get here I worked with kids and teens a lot.
