So strongly influenced by how many high picks you make, and then if you have just a ridiculously high volume of later round picks because those are total shots in the dark.
Then you factor in what the development is like at lower levels and how quickly players can get themselves onto the roster.
All that shit influences eventual games played tallies which are posted way too frequently.
I liked that Gillis was accountable about the drafting process and results being bad.
