Nothing surprises me after Mike Brown got pissed at Jordan Staal and grabbed his face from behind and tackled him and Jordan ended up getting penalized for it. Brown did too but Jordan literally did nothing and got a penalty.

There was that one where a Florida player tackled Justin Williams from behind- Literally taking a flying leap, grabbing Williams' waist with both arms, and hauling Williams face first into the ice- where the only penalty went to Williams. For diving. It was what, 2008ish? Most egregiously bad call I've ever seen.

I remember that, I believe it was the 07-08 season. Laviolette could be heard yelling "He ****ing tackled him" on TV.

Some Florida Panthers beat writer wrote in the paper about the 'Canes "diving" the previous season and the refs that night were given these newspapers in their hotel rooms.
