This is a thread of people complaining about a kid not taking off his hat while a song played. You guys are losing your minds.
Eh, it's not like one 10-year old in the crowd forgot to take off his ballcap. It's the captain of the opposing team that just got humiliated on the ice, right? It's getting an appropriate response, I'd say.

You already made this ignorant comment once, and then neglected to respond to anybody who called you out for it the first time.

Considering that and the fact that you just created the account, I'm gonna bet you live under a bridge, huh?

Embarrassed by this as a Coyotes fan. Seems out of character for him but he played poorly and they got blown out. The answer is not to pout like a child. His parents raised him better than that.

Feigning ignorance postgame is even worse. Own it.

Is that gif the only look at it? Because you can't even see him, it's entirely possible he just didn't realize the situation. If he intentionally left it on to make a point, yeah, not a great look, but not sure how we can tell from that clip.

It's not like it's the Kennedy assassination video.

He either has his helmet on for the entire song or he doesn't. There's no speculation as to whether it was on or not.

Did he forget to remove it after the game on the 26th? No excuses, apologize and move on.

He knew exactly what he was doing. The Russians brought it up during the anthem and during the handshake line, he still tried to pretend like he didn't know what the big deal was postgame. Pathetic.

What's dumb is that PR 101 is to just apologize immediately and the story goes away.

Russians are the last ones who can call out anyone's lack of class.

Poor form from Hayton but Russians have no ground to stand on regarding class. Everybody looks bad.
