Came here to jump on the bandwagon that gets off on crapping on teenagers.

To be fair he isn't. He has a couple of points he contributed to and was mediocre until this game AND he was continually put out there on the PP when he was crap.
This is Canada’s third game in the preliminary round so I don’t if taking this long to have a 6 point game is an actual problem but you can cling to earlier hot takes if you prefer.

This is one of the worst tournament ever
Only blowout so far, the gap between good and bad teams is guge and there is a lot of weaker teams

I remember people having the same complaint about Draisaitl. If the person looks like they are floating or slow but are always in the right spot...than does it matter?

Heck, for those of us who are old... it was the same complaint Frank Mahovlich got because he was smooth in his stride rather than looking like someone who was churning elbows up the ice. Efficient skaters, especially big men, get this all the time.

I think the lack of preparation accentuates the difference. Normally there's another two weeks available to teach kids how to play garbage hockey in order to lose by fewer goals.

1st period: lol, only up 1-0

3rd period: STOP SCORING!! CHANGE THE RUUUUULLESSA!!!

Shades of Germany/Canada game

1st period: Canada looks pretty bad
3rd period: What a classless team running up the score like that!

Good performance in the end from Byfield. Liked the tip in front of the net and the setup on Pelletier's goal.

Will be interesting to see how Canada does against an actual good team, but drowning the Swiss is a rare occurancy.
