Disagree: the Lundell line has had chances. I think Barkov is doing a lot but Rantanen isn’t keeping up. Hope to see some big changes for the second

Him having a bad tournament helps the Leafs a bit. Unless he rips up the playoffs, which he won't.

He wasn't very good in his first game, but Lankinen did nothing to inspire any kind of confidence that he should get this game.

The win the other day had nothing to do with him whatsoever.

Honestly, EVERY goal on Lankinen in this game has been poor. The rebound on the last goal stunk.

And I would say at least 2 of the 3 goals he allowed against Sweden were HORRIBLE. Gustavsson and Ullmark somehow combined for weaker goals. The quality of goals in that entire game were just so weak.

They're already throwing in the towel on this game by not making a goalie change.

It’s strange that they wouldn’t go back to Saros when the difference in their NHL resumes is so large unless something’s off with him. I could understand the situation if both were stars or both were average starters, but Saros is supposed to be a top 5 goalie in the league even if he’s not having the best season. You need to ride your stars.
