Based on the interview with Point it really does seem genuine that he had no thoughts of playing for the US. Have to take these reports with a grain of salt sometimes.

Ignoring the lines that's who I'd probably keep too except maybe Katchouk instead of Suzuki or Batherson depending on how they show tomorrow. The thing about Batherson though is as the 13th forward you have to be pretty flexible in your role. From what i understand Batherson is pretty much a top 6 kind of guy so that'll be interesting.

I'm also very curious about goalies because I don't know who to pick between Point and DiPietro but if we bring all 3 DiPietro has to play so I'm curious how important grooming DiPietro is for next year/locking in Point's eligibility

I am
Assuming that now that Stanley is cut this opens up foote as a most likely?? This is a huge team so I'm guessing foote has a really good chance

How did foote do in the last 2 games ?

Taking a bottom 6 of grinders is gonna back fire. Don't see how Glass is not worth having another look at
I don't know these players very well but who are the grinders you are talking about. They do need to bring some Fast grinders but I'm wondering which are the players you are referring too?

Serious question: Is everybody pencilling in Bean to their lineups because they think he deserves to be on the team? Or because he made the team last year so it's assumed he will make it?
Most people don't want him to make it because of last year and how he's played this year but everyone just assumes he'll make it because Bob McKenzie says he's a lock and Bob has those HC connections

Kaspick, Comtois, Howden. Do not think any of those guys belong over Glass. Do agree with the need for a guy like Formenton

Really eh? Yeah I thought this lineup of guys looked pretty strong and I liked what I saw from Batherson when he played the Russians. Dangerous in close. Smart hockey I.Q

Someone on the Sens board knows people close to him, and apparently Batherson said he's ready to play 4 minutes a night and hit everything in sight if that's what they want him to do.

Las Vegas
If Glass played anything like he did for Vegas during the rookie tourney, I see why he was cut. He’s more of a structured type of player, and a slow starter at that.

He was terrible in the rookie tourney, and then impressed everyone in the preseason enough that there were people expecting him to make the team. Suzuki literally went backwards. Danced around his peers, and had his head underwater against the pro’s.

Frantic run around with your head cut off isn’t Glass’s game. He plays a confined, structured, defense first game. Not the type of player that is going to stand out in a huge group of players in a short camp.

Not worried he got cut at all as a Vegas fan, though I thought his versitality would give him a better shot at the roster than Suzuki.

Thomas has 20 goals in 27 games for the London Knights. Something to note.

Steenbergen has 35 goals in 27 games. What's noteworthy of what you suggested? All of these players are great players for their respective junior clubs, but there isn't a Drouin, or a McDavid or Huberdeau type talent.

As a Canucks fan it's weird seeing Lind cut while Gadjovich still has a good chance. Lind is the better prospect. But I guess this team is much deeper at right wing than on the left.
