Switzerland legitimately better. But a Canada that goes into the knockouts with an “underdog” mentality is dangerous.
Are we talking about Joe Veleno? I'm not sure I've ever seen him take a penalty in anger, ever.It was a dirty play from a guy with a history of dirty plays.
And that's likely game, we just couldn't put the puck in on those good chances we were getting.

Lol, I guess if you’re going to try that move, it’s a good time to try it Nico.
I love how TSN announcers imply fans being loud is somehow a bad thing half the time![]()
Let's hope soSwitzerland legitimately better. But a Canada that goes into the knockouts with an “underdog” mentality is dangerous.
Ya, you knew that was comingOups Nico, that was quick karma...
His complaining about Latvian drums is kinda extensive for a joke.Mike Johnson has a pretty dry sense of humour.

I notice that a lot in the junior tournaments. When you have a team that doesn’t have a lot of time playing together, sometimes they’re not all sure where they should be on the ice in a 6 skater situation.Canada acctually loking worse in 6v5 than 5v5
I mean not like it's done in offensive manner or anything but I think he legitimately finds it annoying most of the time
The Swiss carried more of the game and deserves to win.

Totally agreed they were the better team but we honestly pushed them today and we haven't finished developng as a team yet, they have so much more prep time, home crowd.
would love another crack at them, while they are a really good team it's pretty clear we can beat them.
Let's be honest...................today was a game the swiss should win and did.
Ahh fair enough!I notice that a lot in the junior tournaments. When you have a team that doesn’t have a lot of time playing together, sometimes they’re not all sure where they should be on the ice in a 6 skater situation.
That's the bottom lineGood for Canada to see that they have to play better.
