He is so good. Such a delight to see our scouting staff pick the most talented player available. They have been very good at doing that in the top 10, and I hope that continues this year.

Don't think he's as worried about the Jets, them being a playoff team with a strong youth already.

I'd take both before Ritchie any day. Hell I'd even take Kevin Fiala, who was drafted one spot behind Ritchie before him as well. I don't get the love in with size (this isn't a shot at Ritchie per say, he can still end up very good).
