I think he has a little more offensive upside than what people originally gave him credit for when he was first drafted.

He's a very good skater who is just an absolute menace on the forecheck, has good hands and a very good release on his wrister. Not elite in anything but + in a lot of categories. Fun player to watch when he's buzzing out there.

I think he can be a solid 2C that does everything. Two way pivot at ES, and plays both special teams. He also has intangibles to boot.
I think if he does get points in his career, it'll be by virtue of hustle, strength, and speed. It will not be by being savvy, which will hurt him if he ever struggles with health (the same way Carter suffered when he was hurt).
