When I probably tore my labrum the shoulder came right out later in the week, in the middle of the night. I just popped it back in and went back to sleep...not a second thought. Turns out maybe that lack of pain was because my whole joint is too damn loose. Always seemed like a plus...but maybe not. So I guess I just don't know yet if my shoulder will "be right" going forward. Seems fine lately. I'll have to throw a baseball a hundred times to find out.I had front biceps tendonitis with possibly a torn labrum back in 2006 and my shoulder has never been right since.
