He needs to work on his shot A LOT. While it's pretty hard, he has just terrible accuracy

I bet he would be very popular in prison.

he really really impressed me. He,Dragechev and Provorov are the 3 that have rocketed up the charts for me

He doesen't have offensive upside to be top 6 NHL-foward. You don't draft that kind of player in first 45-60 pick. His shot or playmaking abilities aren't that good but he likes to rush to the net, play with power and high intensity. His motor seems to be nonstop, playing hard every situation, playing smart with the puck and rush to the goal without the puck. He is good defensively. He is basically 3rd line energy player with decent offensive upside and shutdown ability.

I see him being 3rd-4th round prospect. Maybe late 2nd if he plays well rest of the season.

Miikka Salomäki and Alexander Ruuttu say hi.

We'll i said top 45-60. It depends. Alexander Ruuttu wasn't projected to go that high and that was horrible horrible pick. Salomäki did have decent offensive upside to me. Last year he scored 50points in AHL and was top scorer on his team. While i agree he doesen't have offensive upside to be top 6 player but i still think that he had better offensive upside than Hintz has at same age.

2 assists today on 2 goals by Aleksi Mustonen. He has 11 points in 27 games. In comparison Rantanen has 14 points in 35 games. Hintz actually has 0.007 higher PPG, although TPS has been terrible this year. Rantanen is still more offensively skilled, but Hintz has more upside than a 3rd line grinder.

Love the way this kid plays. He drives the net (and with a purpose, really opens things up for his teammates), is good along the boards, is physical, and he's got size.

I hope my Isles find a way to pick this kid up, but their highest pick is a 3rd. :(

Hows he been lately? Anyone who have watched hes games?

Stat wise I think he could be late 1st, but afaik hes ceiling aint that high tho? (I saw glimpses of Philström at WJC of him, but dunno haha might be far off)

With who active player you would compare him? Jamie Benn lite? (I might be WAAAAY OFF with that one lol, dont crusify me haha)

He doesn't have a good shot.

would like for the CBJ to take him in the 2nd round, good chance of it considering we have our own 2nd rounder and Toronto's 2nd rounder

Playing today with Rautiainen and Mustonen again after missing a couple of games. Julius Nättinen is playing for JYP too so might be worth watching.
