Got to admit, Bedard is kinda lazy defensively. I was disappointed with his defensive play at the World Juniors and I'm noticing again, tonight.

Anyone figured out how to use this? Not working for me.

Wonder if they trade Bedard? This will almost certainly be his last season. They'd get an incredible haul for him.
Hard to say, as a poster said, they would get a haul, but they would also lose the guy that put's fannies in the seats.

No but what JJ is saying is true. People come to see the kid. He's a money maker. How do you balance that with what you could get in return?

all hockey fans need to do is concern themselves with how he plays on the ice and not what his GM is/isn't going to do. This is what is wrong with the game today, too few fans too many playing fantasy GM. It's a silly HF obsession.

He is indeed. If McDavid was an A+ prospect in his draft year, then this young Connor is an A-.
The name Connor is generational in Canada i've noticed, so many kids named that these days up here, there must have been 4-5 kids in that game last night, Connor this.......connor that.

What ever happened to just plain good old Gordie up here?

No one names their kid Gordie or Wayne anymore either. Walk into any elementary school and there will be a Connor or Aiden, Brayden, Hayden or someone that ends with -den.

Can only imagine what he would look like with better linemates.

He would look the same, just like he does when he plays with Team Canada internationally.

He is going #1 (zero doubt about this) the order of 2-5, top 10 ect is the only thing to watch for in the 23 draft class IMO.

It's not silly. For fans of the player, they're gonna wonder.

I noticed that too disinterested without the puck too. Lazy stick checks and lack of engagement needs to be worked overall still probably best prospect since mcdavid
