I dunno....Boston is a good team but we need more from Kreider, he looked alright the 1st but he was back to coasting the rest of the game. If Panarin is back next game just put him with Zib and Kakko and load one line up.

Boston is an outstanding team. They do this to everybody. This board is forgetting this. There is a reason they haven't lost in regulation in like 10 games. They are the best team in this division hands down. They know how to shut teams down.

I don’t know, he played well with those kids most of the game. Where the hell have Kreider and Zibanejad been? We know what Strome is. You can’t ask for anything more out of the guy. He’s still their best C right now statistically. People should be more disgusted with Kreider and that contract and Zibanejad’s total fallen off a cliff game from last year.

I don’t think experience is going to make any of these players some of the best, especially not Kakko.

The Rangers need to deal some of their wingers. The only two guys that are off the table are Panarin and LaFreniere.

The TDA love fest as the reason why the PP is bad is laughable. Zone entry is a minor problem compared to losing every faceoff and not having any dangerous threat to shoot the puck. Teams aren't even shadowing Ziba anymore. Now he is just taking 40 foot wristers praying that Kreider does something. Sad thing is...he's still missing the net. The worst part above all else is there is zero compete on the PP. We didn't win 1 puck battle and the 6 on 4 was just a microcosm of the entire game and season on the PP.

You have some good points here but you can't say a team that can't score doesn't miss the 4th scoring defenseman from last season.

Coaches can't make players score. That's not how hockey works. If it was, the same 3 coaches would win every season.

lets try some more cross ice back door plays through 4 defenders then admire how good they are defensively

I’ve watched so many games this year from around the league and I heard things about the pucks and stuff. I honestly have never seen so many bouncing pucks in my life.

I’m sorry we can’t use the excuse of rebuilding with contract loads like Trouba and Panarin and kreider. We aren’t Detroit we aren’t Ottawa. This is easily the most disappointing team in hockey.
