I know nobody wants to hear this but that wasn't terrible. The second period was but that's because we wanted to fight. I get it, that's cool.

We don't f***ing do anything, granted, but neither do our opponents. I'd rather do that than the ECHL defense we've played since...........always?

So the goaltending was good! Everything else, an abomination. Absolutely uninspiring on every front. Should be a rock bottom kind of night, but will probably get worse (like this bad on offense with an off night in the net for like a 6-0 loss).

Alternative theory to the game: The Bruins are a top 3 team. Showed it tonight and shut us out, rather easily though. Also they probably had the five best players on the ice on their team.

We just played the best team in our division to 2 very tight one goal games and didn't get dominated. That's about the best I could've hoped for from these 2 games honestly.

We haven't yet incorporated the offense we need into the new system. It's a process.

We need to stick with it. We tried 45 shots against every night for years and it's never gonna work.

No way to complain about the Rangers, tonight, other than the unbelievably bad job at faceoffs. Bruins are just great.

The majority of posts will probably be about how missing breadman killed this offense but the truth is this team has such poor puck skills and the passing is so poor that I don’t really think it’s going to improve until we see a serious effort to improve these skills. If you can’t pass tape to tape in the NHL you can’t generate offense. Tonight’s game was one flubbed offensive possession after the other do to terrible passing and puck skills.
