O'Halloran is a good Irish name.

Interesting that we haven't had a "biased" Québécois referee in this series yet.

But we did have the Boston bred ref a couple of games ago. Habs need to win in spite of the referees who will probably "let them play" tonight.

Eric Furlatt was one of the referees in Game 5. He's from Quebec.
Marc Joannette for game 1 too.

I think we had another one in game 4.

O'Halloran is from Ontario btw.

Did not know that about Furlatt.

We won Game 1. ;)

No prediction tonight for me but I'm not feeling overly confident. The fact that MT played Prust and Murray in Boston really hurt my confidence. He was doing a good job of coaching up until that point but that was just a terrible decision.

Did you really?
His in game strategies in both 2-4 left me gasping for air.

I think Game 5 was the first time it was blatantly obvious a coach was making his lineup worse. I mean, there was always a grey zone with MT, where he could potentially argue his lineup decisions made sense. But Saturday night...putting in Prust...:amazed:

1. I'm not drinking tonight. The past two games I had beer before the game and the Habs lost.

2. If it goes to OT, I'll probably go to bed as I have to wake up at 5:20 tomorrow morning.
You mean will go to bed right?

Reffing really hasn't been an issue this series, so it doesn't matter too much. In fact, I wouldn't be shocked if we got a few extra favourable calls tonight to try to push a Game #7. Same with how the Rags got a few extra PP's last night (although they did nothing with them).

I actually loved the reffing in Game #3 and Game #4 .. and Tim Peel was one of those refs. So I really can't complain right now.

Reffing is ALWAYS an issue.
Sure we all liked 3-4 for the simple reason it was consistent.
Fast forward to 5 where calls were made on stuff that wouldn't have been close to being called in the previous two games. Plecky's body language in tne Sin Bin had everything to do with this.

I blame the entire game 4 loss on you

Too little too late. Therrien should have done this way earlier.

Not really. I think if we are down 3-0.. maybe it's too little to late. One win and we are going to game 7... not to late.

Tinordi-Parros-Moen-Bouillon-Murray-White are all doing extra time on the ice now that practice is over... so looks like Prust and Beaulieu are in.

Feeling extremely confident for this game...Habs aren't dropping this game at home.

Hoping to see Beaulieu in the lineup, although he probably should have played game 5

I don't get why White hasn't been given a chance yet.
