In past games, Nathan Beaulieu stayed on late with the other #Habs scratches. And Douglas Murray came off after Beaulieu did.

I will say this, Nathan Beaulieu left the ice very early this morning, at the same time as the #Habs who will play tonight. Stay tuned

Beaulieu is +11 in 23 games.

Why?

Because he can move the ****ing puck.

If you're going to trap or play defensive, you need good pick movers to start your offense.

Prust is a warrior... The only problem is he looks like he needs 2 hips and a shoulder to be replaced... Add to that all his knee and elbow ligaments...
No doubt I really like Prust but he is injured and hampering the Habs now more than helping which is why I say Moen is better than injured Prust.

You know he might just have a toe thing going on as well.
I noticed that when he tries to pivot

Hopefully true but I'm also feeling the too little too late vibe here.

Knowing Therien if he dresses him he'll play like nine minutes and he'll up everyone else's minutes. Not too excited just yet.

Back in 2010, P.K. Subban made his playoff debut at home down 3-2 to the #Caps as well.

so it shall be

Beaulieu is no PK though.
PK was already miles ahead of Beaulieu in his first year in Hamilton.

More like the guy was running at him and ran into a stick.
Not excusing the pose just an impression.
Plecky's been around long enough for us to know him pretty well.
He won't be the guy taking a hit to make a play as a rule.

Ironically that's what Cherry preached P.K. should have done instead of ducking out of the Thornton hit - "get your stick up on the guy". Which in Pleks' case lead to a high-sticking penalty which basically sealed our fate in that game. Smart advice there Don.

Not really. I think if we are down 3-0.. maybe it's too little to late. One win and we are going to game 7... not to late.

Tinordi-Parros-Moen-Bouillon-Murray-White are all doing extra time on the ice now that practice is over... so looks like Prust and Beaulieu are in.

Maybe we wouldn't be in this situation if Therrien played Beaulieu instead of Murray/Bouillon from the start.

He's been saying that forever.
There isn't one thing that comes out of his mouth that can't be traced to an earlier broadcast.
He should get an award for recycling...

Agreed.. but should of, could have, would have is useless talk.

He's doing it now (hopefully) in a 3-2 series. That's all that matters RIGHT NOW

Plekanec should stop watching Coach's Corner in the locker room.

Bouillion and Murray make sure to pack plenty of suits and ties.
Cause if this works out that is the only thing you will be wearing FOREVER.

Bringing in a young player like that can bring in a lot of enrgy for the rest of the guys, like the Bruins did with Fraser.

Besides Beaulieu, I'd also consider either removing Prust or Moen and bringing in White

Looking forward to a summer-filled scapegoating of... "The cup was ours, but Murray and MT ruined everything"

F-it. It's too warm for hockey, and the Bruins are the better team.

It'll end tonight.

Looking forward to seeing Tinordi next year.

If it works out it makes the coach look STUPID for not doing it in game 2 like everyone begged...

Prust has been visibly weak, Moen has been invisible. I'd rather invisible, than visibly weak.
