I find the noise level is off the charts in the rink with all the dumb music blasting at every opportunity.
Not to mention the enjoying voice of the girl doing promo's
I am old so I get to complain about these minor things lololol
I prefer to call it "maturing with dignity."Don’t tell me what to do
Fun fact:
The first sign of getting old is hating all the new music.
Lets say they did change the song and went the 70's route? I could dig some "foreplay/long time' or some 'sweet emotion". A bit of Boston flavor would be cool.I’m ok with this. We probably have to play something from the 70s to make everyone happy anyways. Adults don’t like new music. It’s a scientific fact
I’d rather not have a song sung by a guy who talked about getting guardianship over a 16 year old so he could take her on tour with him.
Maybe that’s just me
Holy diver coverGotta be one of those early 2000’s new england metal bands with a hidden gem of a goal song in their catalogue.
Killswitch Engage has gotta have something.
Love the idea of the Brass Bonanza, thought that was a great goal song, they stopped using it in Hartford when Brian Burke took over.
Agreed.Brass Bonanza is all kinds of wonderful, but it's still too attached to the Whalers for the Bruins to use it - the Canes still trot it out every now and then when they wear the old green uniforms. Plus it's the sound of a certain era that probably wouldn't work full-time in 2023. One of the great goal songs though.
I'm still upset they got rid of Rock n Roll pt. 2. Iconic stadium song.
duuuh na na nana HEY! duh nana na na
They kind of had no choice due to the gary glitter of it all
Yeah can definitely understand why the Bruins would not use it, especailly as you say it was known as the Whalers song.Brass Bonanza is all kinds of wonderful, but it's still too attached to the Whalers for the Bruins to use it - the Canes still trot it out every now and then when they wear the old green uniforms.
