New rule: if you want to say the Bruins need to change their goal song you need to suggest a new one. So we know where you’re coming from. Would be interesting to see the choices.
As sick as I am of Ken Casey, I think the obvious answer here is the last minute of Cadence to Arms, by the Dropkick Murphys......When the guitars kick in.

Why though? It’s not like I’m saying the current song is a travesty. Just that I’d be very much open to new possibilities.

Way too general of a statement on “today’s music”.

Hit/top 40 music? Yes, I can understand that sentiment.

But regardless of what type of music you like, I guarantee I can find you current music that fits your tastes. You just can’t rely on FM radio to provide it as most of that is aimed at a fairly specific demographic.
What's an 'FM radio'?

I know they play it but I'm really surprised that they didn't do Shipping up to Boston.

Pasta loves 80s so Take on Me could work. Gotta be creative with it.

Everytime this topic comes up I’m reminded about Gary Glitter being a creep.

Pantera !
This is what I mean... Dallas got a band from their area (RIP) and has something unique. Plenty of Boston/MA/New England based musicians/artists. Get something neat, or unique to this club or area. Hell, we have several world renowned music schools, but Zombie Nation, a generically played song around arenas around the world is our song?

I hear the other song blasted more frequently at other arenas that it feels generic here. (And surprising to hear people actually like it, definitely not my cup of tea musically). I'd expect something with a little more thought from an O6 team.

"Many professional sports teams, including the Boston Bruins, Milwaukee Admirals, Toronto Maple Leafs, Los Angeles Dodgers,[10] New Jersey Devils, Atlanta United FC, Atlanta Braves, Real Valladolid, Celtic, A.C. Milan, PSV Eindhoven, Tranmere Rovers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Oklahoma City Thunder play (or have played) "Kernkraft 400" either as part of pregame introductions, after scoring, or for wins"

Gotta be one of those early 2000’s new england metal bands with a hidden gem of a goal song in their catalogue.

Killswitch Engage has gotta have something.

I think people who hate new music are problem younger now than ever before

Even young people hate new music. It needs to be a rock and roll song, it energizes everyone, at weddings you see everybody, young and old get up to dance for songs like AC/DC's You shook me all night long.

Free bird, but they have to play the entire song.
Only is they play the 14:48 version off the Southern by the Grace of God album. There will be no discount Freebird

One of my all time favorites still remains the old Whalers' Brass Bonanza.

I was going to post this, absolutely love it, and was thinking about this one from the second I saw the thread title

In honor of those who grew up watching the bruins on TV38. Or at least play it as the goal song from thanksgiving through new year
