You really think the difference between the Canucks at the start of the year and now is lack Brandon Sutter? He's not a superstar; he's a 30-35 point 3rd line C.

And fringe playoff teams don't win only 1 of every 3 games which is what they did the last 4 weeks Sutter was in the lineup.

Again, I'm not even a Sutter fan. Forget his individual effect, every line is suffering due to increased workload and so is our special teams without him.

I think people forget that the Sedins were pretty terrible during that era and they weren't given any help either beign saddled with a plug like Klatt.

That was a one line team with some of the worst goaltendin in the league, the funny thing is Burke and Nonis tried to convince every Cloutier was a starter - what beauty's.
