Obviously I'm glad they won. I've been harping on the fact that they were getting pushed around. They needed grit and size. I was hoping for Accari, Kuraly, and Blidth. I'll take two. It made a difference with Ottawa. Why it took so long to see this is disturbing. The more the Bruins hit, the more room they have to make something happen. Make no mistake, Rask was huge last night. He stole the game yesterday.

The NHL and their zebras have been putrid in this series.
About as one-sided as they can be.
Our top two lines need to step it up next game.

Get to Karlsson early. He's injured and had a hard time in OT. TV camera showed him popping pills in OT.

Joe Morrow was very good tonight. I like his agility. He controls the puck on both sides of the stick pretty well while moving quick. If he can keep his coverage tight...

He's also the only defender on this team who can get the puck out of the zone without mindlessly playing it off the glass and hoping it doesn't go for an icing.

Besides the refs (lol what a joke) the only complaint is Bruins take STUPID PENALTIES at the worst times.

Idiots are in OT and decide to do something stupid. They always do this and it needs to change.

Watched the GWG again this morning. Kuraly got the best of Karlsson , sweet stick lift, then pounces on loose puck.

65 was pretty pissed. Loved it, he got exposed. Great player but down low he isn't going to body anyone.

Which Bruins us back to the way that the Bs can win this series. Throw rubber on net and crash the net. Start playing more down low and the shots between the dots will open up, or they'll get to rebounds.

Series isn't over by a long shot.

They did everything they needed to do to win; stopped Karlsson, and especially Ryan who only ended up getting like 1 (?) shot (that hit the net).

They played extremely well and wore out the Senators and Karlsson the end. Hopefully they can keep it up.

I'm sure Claude watched every second and no doubt went to sleep dreaming of Riley Nash

Nash has been a very underrated signing

He was very good last night

Glad the team could overcome the refs. Penalty killers are not getting enough credit here. Also Crutchie is the best chirps I have heard in years.

Great game by everyone last night. I hope Krejci can recover quickly. I doubt it though, looked absolutely painful. We are now onto Bruins bonus game #6. Something I didn't expect coming into this season.

Wow, just wow, first, can`t believe I made it to this morning without hearing how our boys did last night as I had a commitment and got in too late to start watching.

Down 2-0, no DK and the challenge of icing an already thin lineup just got more challenging. The boys fight back to tie it. I made a sarcastic prediction that Kuraly would be the difference maker in the thread devoted to him but I honestly wasn`t anticipating what he was able to do. I expected a hard nosed effort and work ethic from him as that seems to be his MO but this?

I see the refereeing remains putrid, how a glove on the puck in the crease is now permitted is beyond me and I haven`t a clue how they deemed that goalie interference either.

Hard to tell on TV but it sure looked like Karlsson was not doing well by the time the 2nd OT rolled around, didn`t play a ton in it and the broadcast I watched showed him consistently trying to stretch out then Kuraly again BOOM, didn`t look like Karlsson was able to pivot quickly enough on his leg but it was such a quick moving play that maybe that`s just me seeing things as he didn`t react quickly at all to that rebound

Gutsy, gutsy performance. Still some bonehead mistakes, Morrow pinch on the first goal with Moore not picking Stone up as the Sens were exiting the zone, then not sure what Z was doing on the 2nd, it almost felt like he thought McAvoy needed an extra body to help him out which wasn`t wise but oh well.

Not going to lie, I was so tempted when the B`s got down by 2 to hit the erase button on the PVR and begin my day, glad I decided to stick with it.

I hate to say it, but since you've started it, maybe this needs to be your pattern for the rest of the Bruins Playoffs.

The good news is that the magic only works when my team falls behind in elimination games...

Which means I'll be able to watch the rest of the series, because the B's are going to take it to 'em from here on out.
