The B-Isles are making a race of it. Won 2-1 in OT last night in Lehigh Valley. That builds their lead over Hartford to 3 points. Unfortunately the schedule is not their friend. Bridgeport has 3 games left, Hartford has 4, and the team they trail by 1 point, WBS Penguins have 7 games remaining (Bridgeport plays their last game of the year against the Pens tonight). So if Bridgeport is going to make the playoffs it will most likely be in the last spot. The only way they control their own destiny is to win out.

Had a 2-0 lead.

Somehow it was then 4-2 and later 6-3 for the bad guys.

Where are these breakdowns happening?

What's going on that sees you go from 2-0 to 2-4?
The easy answers are it’s been happening to them for years, and it’s the AHL. I lean towards the latter. AHL players who can play mistake free, lock down defense are usually up here. Same for the goaltenders. The goalies who can play with consistency game after game are up here.

Schneider has played well this year, without him especially lately they wouldn’t be in playoffs has Skarek has struggled since all star break really. Baby penguins have also been one of the best teams in division since the all star break. Holmstrom can play, he is gaining confidence and is going to have shot to be in mix next year. He isn’t spectacular at anything but is super smart player and yes I’ve said it before but he is very comparable to Bailey. He is better skater but he needs to shoot more also, he has very nice heavy wrist shot but just isn’t consistent at using it yet.

Bridgeport doesn't play again till Friday, right? Still curious what happens with Räty.

He can go to a couple of more Mets games.
My thought has been do they consider giving him any sort of NHL look, especially should BPT be eliminated. He's gonna end up going to more Mets games than hockey games lol

Not just us. It seems every NHL signing last week was a Michigan graduate.

Just for a laugh, I thought I’d Google Garth Snow to see if he had any Michigan connections.

True story. This is the first thing to come up in the search. Is Garth now undercover?
