Brendan Lemieux reminds me of a young Antoine Roussel

A PITA to play against and will probably be a 10-20 goal scoring winger with 30+ point per year potential.

Could be a situation where he becomes better than that, but I'm not expecting it.

I like this addition. His attitude was a need.
I have to say it’s funny to keep reading how he could probably score 10-20 goals if he keeps developing... he has 9 this year in 44 games. I’d say 10 could even happen THIS YEAR! hahaha.

Really like the acquisition. Posted it a bunch of times in recent months, the Rangers needed a shift disrupter, and they got one.

The fact that he's going to play now and contribute in the NHL is better than getting a prospect at this state in terms of the player that he is.

This is a scarce commodity, you don't have too many kids these day that play the type of game he does.

With Brandon, Lias, and ADA, the Rangers have a nice collection of pesky high compete level players.

This deal is closer to building an identity with the new core, and I'm glad they made it.

Great acquisition, especially with guys like Vesey, Fast, & Namestnikov being UFA after next season. They sorely needed the winger depth, and him being such a pest is exciting

The Rangers lacked emotional leaders since MSL retired, and have been trying to address it since.

I like this acquisition, good agitators are hard to find these days. Hoping for some entertainment next season with Lemieux, Beleskey and maybe Brickley if they bring him back.

I don't think Roslovic was ever on the table for a rental in Hayes. They are looking to him to fill that hole after this season when Hayes leaves as they can't re-sign him with their cap issues

FWIW, THN Yearbook had Lemieux ranked #4 in the Jets system.

(Roslovic 1, Vesalainen 2, Samberg 3...Petan 7, Logan Stanley 8).

Listening to other announce teams a lot of what being said about the NYR is they’re young, they’re fast but mostly “Damn this is a hard team to play against”

This guy will add to that aspect... no doubt.
