I said overall play.we are roughly 5th of the season
CK has 9 or so Gs not more and no assists due to Zib
I don't all that slowing down
fair 'nuf, but while we are striving to be fully objective/fairI said overall play.
What facepalm? Look at yr avatar, then at yourself in the mirror. LOL
My offer would be Rossi + Ohgren + 1st + 2nd
Again, YOUR valueless opinion assessing my stuff as craplol that is really something else. Look I am not even reading all the crap you are writing. It's really obvious that you are limited so I am not going to pounce on you
An exercise in futilityI am currently working on getting Chris Kreider and Kaapo Kakko!
I could see this trade happening with fans on both sides being upset but every Sens fan being initially upset. Kakko would have to turn into Finnish Alfredsson to rewrite the script which while highly unlikely, could happen. How many Rangers fans would actually REFUSE to trade Chris Kreider and Kaapo Kakko for Brady Tkachuk?
I wouldn't be surprised if you were the only one... Maybe a few more homers but seriously, Rangers would jump on that like crazy. Of course, you wouldn't find ONE Sens fan ready to do that, including those who aren't huge Brady fans.
Why?
Simply because Kreider doesn't nearly have the same value as Tkachuk
Kreider is 8+ years older, 2 years left at 6.5 AAV (0.77 PPG since 2022-23, 89th among forwards)
Tkachuk is only 25 y/o, 3 years left at 8.2 AAV (0.98 PPG since 2022-23, 30th among forwards)
Kakko is a good piece but doesn't nearly make up for the difference. IF Kreider was 5 years younger maybe then
My offer would be Rossi + Ohgren + 1st + 2nd
This is also my final offerI appreciate the offer and will forward it to other teams as a starting bid.

My honest question: some Sens fans aren't huge Brady fans but do any of them actually want to trade Brady? Everyone else seems to want him. Call it a Matthew Cup effect. And what is the range of "no brainer" deal to "really really really really hesitant to make that deal"
I appreciate the offer and will forward it to other teams as a starting bid.
I see Rossi + Ohgren + 1st + 2nd got turned down.Haven't you heard? It's 33 y/o Kreider + Kakko! Not the starting bid but the ending bid
I see Rossi + Ohgren + 1st + 2nd got turned down.
I can pick my nose with my tongueBern, I'm more of a lurker here and generally enjoy your posts but did you just use the "can jump out of a pool in standing water" argument?
That was you Hunting down that big NYR package.Who turned it down?
My offer would be Rossi + Ohgren + 1st + 2nd
Not happening.My offer would be Rossi + Ohgren + 1st + 2nd
Ahhhh idk
Rossi will probably have some 1C production type years but I think he’s more of a fringe 1C/2C. Yurov it’s really hard to say but I wouldn’t want to trade him. He’s got decent size, can skate, has skill, is smart, and has production to go with it.I loved both Rossi and Yurov in their draft years but have not kept up with them as much since, but I see they are both producing well.
What is their outlook in your opinion?
Does Rossi still have 1C potential?
Not sure why Ottawa would want to move Brady. To me he has enough skillset and personality that a successful team could build a forward group around. The Sens haven't quite accomplished that but still.
As how he'd fit on the Rangers well I think the Rangers would absolutely change their power play around to accommodate him. Even as a left shot he would push someone off the first unit. Other than Panarin he's just better than all the other forwards on that first unit. Too much skill, size, nastiness not to.
Sens would likely only trade Brady if they feel that he might want out after his MMC kicks in. They canmt afford to wait that long, as he could just dictate where he goes. Not sure why Ottawa would want to move Brady.
