I'm so unbelievably happy.
Keep 4, pick Bjorck.
Keep 4, pick Bjorck.
Not doom posting, but still anxious that this doesn't lead to more Sabres-ing of things with 4OA or the now free cap space.
It's already starting
Stenberg if he’s there, Bjorck if he’s notI'm so unbelievably happy.

Top five picks are so rarely moved for players that it happening today was an anomaly. Could we move it again? Sure. But for a 33 year old goalie coming off a terrible season with a long history of playoff failures? Better f***ing not. They better not give up 4OA for a goalie ... no matter how good that goalie can be.
Chainshot. We were right about Greenway ending up in Chicago.
This was the best part for me. I'm disappointed to see a talent like Byram leave, but the return is immense. I want to see them flip it for a ready made NHL player. It seems like Alex Tuch is still set on potentially leaving, based on Pagnotta's reports. Which would again be disappointing. Go get someone like Thomas, Knies or a go getter.Lost in all of this: no retention on Greenway.
Word. 4OA and UPL would be a major over-pay. If 20OA and UPL doesn't do it, move along.No.
20OA and UPL.
For a second I thought that was 200th overall. I was eh, I don’t think that does it.Word. 4OA and UPL would be a major over-pay. If 20OA and UPL doesn't do it, move along.
Which is why I'm practicing my face plant hand mechanics ahead of draft day--as I can Just see Jarmo doing it. Please, please, please don't...

Absolutely zero way I'm trading 4 OA for a winger. Stick there and take the center (likely Bjorck) or trade it for a legit 1C. Do not, in any way shape or form, use 4 OA for a winger or a goalie. This was the best part for me. I'm disappointed to see a talent like Byram leave, but the return is immense.
