I absolutely would not. I do not think Larkin is a real fit here skills-wise. Yes, he's a 1C. But that's about it from my POV.

There are 1Cs I'd trade 4 OA for. Yes, Thomas is one of those. No, Larkin isn't. Also no, Hellebuyck isn't (I know he's a goalie).

Now, would I do something around 20 and 45 plus for Larkin? Sure, given that we hold onto 4 OA.

4/20/45 is a fantastic base for Thomas and Parayko, assuming they waive. Probably add Mrkta and something else. Would fill our 1C hole and backfill our top 4 D hole. All in one nice package.

Now that Stenberg looks to be going to San Jose the dream of him falling to 4 is over…and they knew they weren’t getting that elite line mate for Bedard now either. So they had to choose between waiting on Reid or believing in Byram. I can’t believe what they chose. And then took Greenway. And then added a second.
