I see 1 in the 3c spot. Also, hyman makes that third line a different beast, I really think unless they find a 3c their best shot is to play him on the third line to balance it out

We will see how good the team is come playoffs. A 1st round exit again is obviously not acceptable.

I think we can win the cup this year. Just hoping injuries/inconsistency doesnt occur in the playoffs. Just need our guys to have broken out from any slumps once the playoffs roll around

Dubas either gets fired if we get out in the 1st or is in the Babcock hot seat going in 2019 where if we play bad first 15-20 games then he gets axed. Hopefully the team delivers and we can move forward to an era of success

This the same cbj team who finished tied or 1 point behind the leafs last year? Maybe Toronto just wasn’t that good last year. And even still it took their 2 goalies playing exceptional to beat the leafs.

I'll give Dubas credit, I think he is looking for a top 6 forward who has jam. Be great if he finds him but at this point, I'd be happy if he added another goalscorer and good goalie (and a LHD).
 
I still can't recall a recent 6 or 7 game series where the leaf's size or density played a role in their defeat.
 
I also found out Boudreau thinks his dad cursed the Leafs. Weird, I thought I did by accident.

Hmm. Pretty sure his quote on it was pick your spots. He fought tkachuk last week who no slouch.

he takes a dumb instigator penalty there and it’s over. He didn’t and they won the game. Your poor ego might not be able to handle letting someone take a perfectly clean hit though.
