Once in his career did he score that many. Given the quality of his linemates the little ice time he did get meant that he had a better chance of scoring. His average is 14-goals a season.

I missed part of the game, but didn't see any bad decisions on his part. Pateryn is one of the few guys capable of winning a puck battle and skating/passing the puck out. Don't know what the problem is.

He did make a few of them (against St-Louis, that is).

It wasn't bad decisions, it was ONE bad decision, more than enough to sideline a guy like Pateryn (or Brolieu) as far as Therrien is concerned.

I think he'd love to get out of this train wreck organization anyways. He's spent 10 years now in the most demanding position in hockey, starting goaltender for the Montreal Canadiens. He'll get paid wherever he goes.

He made a pass through the zone in our own end that was intercepted and the opposition almost scored... Pretty sure it's something he was told to not do and he still did it... I said it when it happened that he will get scratched.

But yeah, I like him too... But he's a 6/7 D , shouldn't really impact the outcome of this game.
