I agree you have to replace them with decent players and those players have to be committed and hard working, something we are lacking right now.
however some are paralyzed with fear claiming we would automatically be worse if we got rid of one or two of them

That’s Bc getting bounced in the First round is something that look at as accomplishment.
To me, the core is at a point where it should be Cup or Bust every season.
It is not about being patience with the core but rather the core is not the right mix to win it all.

Brodies best game of the year I feel like and one of the better efforts for sure with a depleted lineup.

I loved Robertsons game tonight and he needs to play a lot more, especially on the PP.

It is more of the same for this team though. So much inconsistency game to game. We'll see how they do moving forward because I'll believe it when I see it if they can keep up this kind of play.

I agree. This core should be changed up as soon as possible, every year they are kept together is a year wasted and one year closer to the next rebuild

I only caught the last 5 mins of the second, when they had the first PP and I was entirely confused as to why Marner/Tavares weren't out there and the lines were all jumbled.
