That’s horrendous value for Calgary.Trade Tarasenko for a 1st
Send 2-1sts plus Neighbors and Scandella for MT

Tarasenko does nothing for Calgary since he’s a FA and Scandella is a (necessary) cap dump.2 1sts and Neighbors is horrendous value?

Kyrou needs to be going the other way for Calgary and that won’t happen.
That's basically the package I have going to Calgary and the only package that I believe would make sense for the Blues.Trade Tarasenko for a 1st
Send 2-1sts plus Neighbors and Scandella for MT
I misread your post. When did I say anything about Tarasenko going to Calgary?
I misread your post.
Kyrou still needs to be included in that offer.
If it was a TDL deal, yeah, Calgary probably does what you propose, but at a minimum, it’s a guaranteed full season of control. That’s probably true, unfortunately
No...because he's kind of a p***y like his dad; he'd probably try to cheap-shot when he's not looking though. If you're asking if he'd actually stand-up and challenge Kadri, or smoke him with a clean check, that's more of a Brayden Schenn thing than a Tkachuk thing. They're more likely to turtle when an angry man challenges them.Real question here. If we had Tkachuk last post season do you think he would have done some crazy shit to Kadri?
That’s not really true about Keith. He was willing to answer the bell with 51 career fights and also 933 hits.No...because he's kind of a p***y like his dad; he'd probably try to cheap-shot when he's not looking though. I'm specifically refering to this, with KT:That’s not really true about Keith. He was willing to answer the bell with 51 career fights and also 933 hits.

I probably don't give him the credit he deserves, because he did absolutely answer the bell and play physical in his career. But that bout of cowardice along with the whining and embellishment were always off-putting...which is weird why I like Matthew so much, because that's his M.O. as well.

Horrendous that is 3 1st round picks. Who is going to offer that up? Not worth it if it takes more. That’s horrendous value for Calgary.
The proposal from how I interpreted it involves trading Tarasenko for a first, then trading 2 firsts (one of which presumably is acquired via trading Tarasenko) + Neighbours + Scandella for MT.Horrendous that is 3 1st round picks. Who is going to offer that up? Not worth it if it takes more.
Next summer he could sign with anyone for 7 years or Calgary for 8.When would Tkachuk be eligible to sign an extension if he ends up on the one year arbitration deal?
The way i look at is:There’s no way we can trade Kyrou for MT and then move Tarasenko for cap reasons. We’d be losing Perron, Tarasenko and Kyrou and only gaining MT. We aren’t that stupid, are we?
I'm already tired of this Tkachuk trade rumors. Just send him here or send him to Arizona for a year
January, I believe. When would Tkachuk be eligible to sign an extension if he ends up on the one year arbitration deal?
