Phaneuf has thrived statistically in almost every field this year for Leafs playing a lesser role then the absolutely conservative number 1 role he's been forced in the past.

He's gonna thrive even more here.

There's a lot more involved in developing an NHL player than the coach.

Ottawa's had a rotating cast of coaches but we still hit well above our weight as far as making the most out of our draft picks.
