My next game is the 23rd, hopefully he's back by then. What are the Ho Sang rumours? They signing him in time to call him up for tonight?

It is but I shouldnt have to show the highlights of half the goals being scored on the Leafs being of the soft variety do I? I don't mind admitting to the fact the Leafs shot themselves in the foot on occasion but no team in history was going to win with that sort of goaltending.
Over those 10 periods:
Shots:
109-101 Leafs
Scoring Chances:
100-70 Leafs
Goals: 15-2 opposition.
Takes a lot to go wrong for the numbers to work out that way. It's a small sample size of course but the highlights are mainly big saves by the opposition and the lowlights are our keepers giving up softies.
Who was the big MVP for the team that beat us last year?.....and the year before........and the year before........
Every team says it was their goalie. They were saying it themselves. They are telling us the reason they won. I believe them.
He absolutely was.He wasn't even that great against us
No, they're not.The criteria for these stats is arbitrary
You keep saying "best example", but considering that I've seen you talk about this about 100 times since it happened, and every single time, you talk only about the Tavares miss, I think you mean "only example".The best example is Tavares missing the net, was it a grade A high danger scoring danger chance? Absolutely it was. Did the goaltending have anything to do with us not scoring? Nope, we just missed the empty net. We kept hitting the goalies with our shots or hitting the post or missing the net entirely.
On occasion? 2 goals in 10 periods, no team in history is going to win with that kind of production. I stand by my opinion, blaming our goaltending is completely missing the point. In those 10 periods of hockey where we were outscored 15-2, our goalies played better than our forwards did.
I guess JHS rumours were wrong... for now.
Great for Steeves, although I much much much prefer Anderson over Clifford. I think it's a mistake there, although pretty minor.

That's just ludicrous. So despite our players getting more shots/scoring chances, they actually played poorly, the opposition series MVP goalies were just lucky and not as good as the media and their own fans were saying and the real heroes of our team were our goalies who had absolutely brutal clutch numbers and gave up softies every game.
If you really believe that, I'm not sure I could talk you off that ledge man.
Tampa closed out their last 3 playoff series scoring 4 goals in 9 periods. They won all three games and the cup.

I'm a bit surprised to see that two defencemen were recalled.
If Dermott can't go so assuming Rubins takes his place. I would honestly mix up the pairs. If we just do the regular Brodie-Rielly and Lilly with Muzzin, then that leaves Rubins with Holl and I don't like that, but I also don't want to see Muzzin and Holl again, so tough spot.Sheesh...
Well that explains it
I don't care. When do we face the Jets next because I f***ing want blood
Lets give the d man struggling extra responsibility, and not give your 1st round pick you spent a lot of time developing a chance on the PP. Makes sense.
I can't understand stuff like this.
