Yawn. Seinfeld is overrated. Can’t watch that shit. Not my kind of humour. Friends was better. Frasier was better.
I like both that you listed and friends. There is supposes to be a Fraser part two

Never really listened to the Beatles at all. I have never sat down and physically listened to one full song of theirs. before my time. I cannot name you more than 3 Beatle's songs right now if somebody gave me a million dollars to do so on the spot lol. I'm 40. The only one that pops into my head is one I always here about. hey Jude or Judy or whatever

Malcolm in the Middle.

So underrated.

Was debating putting it higher. It’s definitely underrated, I think people forget how funny it actually was (and how funny Brian Cranston is after watching what I’d guess is a much more serious role in Breaking Bad).

It’s a travesty that it’s almost impossible to watch, unless it changed recently. They had a lot of trouble with licensing from the music in the show.

The original Office, and Extras, are awesome. Gervais is excellent, imo.

I like Gervais, should watch both of them as they probably deserve to be somewhat high on my list.

No problem with your own taste being different, as long as you recognize them as the greatest band in the history of modern music, with possibly the top songwriters of the 20th century. Not to mention the most influencial.

Sorry but the Bay City Rollers would dispute all of that.

Yeah Bryan Cranston is the man. Watching Walter White become Hal or Hal become Walter White, depending on which of him you saw first is pretty cool. Even as an adult I still laugh my ass off watching MITM.

Some Beatles dark works I always felt could easily be metal adapted. Among many.

This song really builds and part of a fantastic album. If this song was recorded by Led Zep it would be nine minutes long, Crowley references and two Guitar solos. But as a Beatles forgotten track it skims below the surface
This song so dark, A track that basically spawned musical forms its so good. Again one has to listen to the song development
The obvious Beatles metal song

I just don’t like the Beatles sound or vocals whatsoever. Call me a heretic but other than a handful of songs I also don’t care much for The Stones or Zeppelin or any of the bands of that era outside of maybe Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Pink Floyd (and Roger Waters can f*** right off).

Me First and the Gimme Gimme’s have some great covers of a lot of those bands however.

Floyd is my tops of all time and I sort of agree about Waters. My least favorite Floyd stuff is generally the Wall. David Gilmore is always a little underrated when it comes to the top guitarist lists, I think.

Different strokes.

But yeah, heretic!

Love both, but I’ve seen Seinfeld enough times in my life I’d be fine to never see it again. I don’t think that will ever be the case listening to the Beatles.

Frasier never worked for me. But then I didn't even get into Cheers. It was another of my not watching TV at all phases. I've had several. With Frasier its that I Can't stand him or his voice.

Heretic!

;)

You're missing out on the classics man.

The odd thing is that you're at a similar age to me where these were popular. Curious what you were listening to in the 60's or 70's.

At the end of the 60s I was 6 years old so I think Mr.Dressup? Early 70s religious type music was the only thing allowed so music like religious Johnny Cash and religious Elvis was what I got exposed to till I was able to buy my own radio.

Mid 70s it was BTO and Kiss. Floyd, Sabbath, Purple like I said. Thin Lizzy. Metal and Punk. Then the new wave of British Metal hit and that’s been my favourite ever since - Maiden was and is my religion since lol.

I thought you hated Floyd and Deep Purple as well. Sorry to hear that you were kept from listening to seminal 60's and 70's music. Make up for lost time. ! heh

No room left in my playlist lol.

Don’t watch a lot of TV either other than hockey and some documentaries. Watch Survivor with Mrs5 is our weekly watch when it’s on.

I’m pretty boring when it comes to this stuff lol.

Something about the noise the Beatles make feels wrong. Subliminal messages galore

Any show with a laugh track is trash.

I choose silent serenity

You’re deserted. Eventually you will go crazy listening to the voices in your head. You can choose silence but never attain it.
