Team has an illness ripping through, guys looking forward to a break. Wins a win. Better to go into a break like this rather then red hot lol

Looked like 97 played to make sure he doesn't get hurt lol

McDavid is definitely battling through something. If only he could bow out of the stupid 4 Nations Cup as that would give him a couple of weeks to rest up

Too loosey goosey in their own zone lately which is causing way too many turnovers. Managed to squeak this one out but haven't liked the trend as of late.

Nothing more to say.

Really as long as they get it done with 2 pts as the result it doesn't matter how pretty or how ugly it is... in fact I much prefer ugly, ugly wins to losses where they come up just short even though they played well and just got bad luck/bounces etc.

McD has taken it easy all year. I highly doubt it's anything. It's a strategy

Last year he complained of playing too much.

I guarantee he is coasting right now for playoffs.

Can't win the cup in the regular season. He seems content to let Drai win all the individual awards this year, and I do mean ALL OF THEM.

I said it a million times this year ... Knoblaugh has been a stubborn ass with his handling of the offense.

Jeff Skinner should be sitting on 14 or 15 goals right now probably, and not trying Arvidsson on the McDavid line was also dumb when he had previously scored immediately there.

Klingberg looks good moving the puck I have to say. +3 tonight.
This Jeff Skinner is a much different player from Game 1 Skinner.

Surprised you don't see that.
