Much like the Hawks' rebuild - the Bears are finally in capable hands to do what is necessary to hit the reset button and rebuild. Trading Quinn and Roquan for picks is good long range moves, especially since the short range perspective is not looking good.
How was 22’ draft bad?The 2022 NFL Draft and Bears offseason doesn't show they are in capable hands
100% they should trade Montgomery. I would take a 4th or a 5th if possible

And Eddie Jackson should be next on the trade list. I'd deal Montgomery too.
Bwc is on a bizarroo world this past year on both the Hawks and Bears. It's like he suddenly doesn't grasp the concept of both teams are rebuildingMaybe I'm used to the bar being set extremely low after the previous administration. But, two starting DBs and a starting Left tackle ain't too bad - especially considering they didn't have a 1st round pick. Plus, it's too early to tell on a couple other guys.
I agree on trading Eddie Jackson - sell high.
To be fair, when Kane got hurt we thought they'd have to win 2 rounds without him.Bwc is on a bizarroo world this past year on both the Hawks and Bears. It's like he suddenly doesn't grasp the concept of both teams are rebuilding
The guy who wanted to sell at the 2015 deadline has made post after post not woth responding too because they're out of touch with reality.
Like he talked about the Hawks being a potential playoff team, thought the Quinn trade was dumb because this is a potential trial playoff team... thought the Hawks needed another goalie to help their net... like what reality. The goal situation was to be bad on purpose. These aren't years for looking to win pointless games
They aren’t trading Jackson
You do realize that your opinions are wrong such a disproportionately large amount of the time that you thinking something is wrong is for most posters a positive. The 2022 NFL Draft and Bears offseason doesn't show they are in capable hands

Being in the stance this era that this Bears team was a 3 win only roster and worse than the Lions is type of things paraded here. It's been so far off each timeGuys, BWC hasn’t really been all that wrong with the Bears. He’s a pessimist like me when it comes to the Bears, and that’s mostly been an accurate stance to take when it comes to this team.
Would you pay Lamar Jackson right now?
We could be having the same conversation that Baltimore is having right now in 2 seasons.
