Wow at that game

KC is just amazing offensively and what a failure by Frazier D

It would be heartbreaking to lose that type of game in playoffs as fan

Bills just unfortunate to run into the Chiefs these past two years in playoffs. Unfortunately for them the Chiefs will continue to be problem in coming years for them

The OT rules survived a gassed Falcons D being forced to be all that stood in the way of another Brady championship in the Super Bowl. The NFL is clearly in no rush to change OT rules.

Dont think theres really a good way to do OT in football. Not a fan of college ot rules either.

What's wrong with just playing another 15 minute period for playoff OT? If it's still tied at the end, play another.
Not too much different than now. Still comes down to a defemse making a stop. Probably better than what happens now though.

Actually it doesn’t. If a gassed D has to go back on tbe field, they are at a major disadvantage based on a coin toss and the other O never sees the field

10 min intermission to allow players to rest. 10
Min ot. Each team gets on timeout.

the winner is the winner when clock expires.

One if the best games ever. Wow.

Friendly reminder, Bears hired Lovie after his defense gave up a billion yards in a home playoff game after a bye.

The way football works whoever wins the coin toss is pretty likely to get an extra possession in any ot format except college. Unless you play a whole extra game or some mini game with 2 separate halves, the coin toss is still going to matter more than we'd like.

Yeah, the rule could use a slight tweak.

Just let the opposing team get one crack at it if a TD is scored on the first drive. From there it's next score wins. That could also open up some excitement, where if the team that gets it 2nd scores a TD also - do they go for a 2 point conversion and lay it all on the line there?

My expectations were low but hot damn the Bears might've found a way to undercut even them.

As for OT rules, the most logical thing to me is to just play an extra quarter and then have sudden death rules apply as soon as the fifth quarter ends if needed. Bam, actual football where both sides have a chance to win or lose it and games wouldn't go incredibly long beyond that.

I have zero expectations that it'll change, though.

It sucks when a team with a punchers chance doesn't get to punch. Josh Allen got jobbed. Mahomes got jobbed last year.

Blame it on the damn Bills defense and not the effin' coin flip. The Bills lost because their "D" sucked when they needed to step up. I hate people blaming the Bills loss because the Chiefs got the possession and the Bills did not get one. Boo----efffin-----hoo. Make the stop next time, Buffalo.

The only change to OT rules I want to see is "First time to score...wins." There is no place for "fair" in professional sports.

6 qbs in nfl history have multiple 40td seasons. Caldwell has been HC for two of them(neither threw for 40 with him) and still only has 2 playoff wins in 7 seasons. #nottheanswer

That performance all but locks Frazier as the next Bears HC.
That would be the worse choice possible. There is no way that stink of letting down your team in the playoffs will ever go away. Why would you trust him as a player? He let down the entire Bills team and there fans. A dream killer. No way.
