He's a starting CB in this league but I don't think he's a #1 or anything.
I thought he might have been at the start, but then he started to go against top WRs and got torched repeatedly.

From a second round pick, i think youd expect a guy to be a good player for at least a few seasons, not just another guy in a real poor secondary.
