After repeated GM and coach hiring failures, how can anyone I making those decisions still be allowed to hire another coach and GM. At some point you have to go to the source of the problem. Otherwise you are just addressing the symptom and not the illness.
That's not happening as long as the McCaskeys own the Bears.

Imagine firing a guy on Monday and letting him f***ing coach another game. Why am I a fan of this team? They are ran by people with low IQs.
If theres one thing nobody has ever accused bears management of, its competence.

Nagy just had his presser and stated he has not talked to Pace or management recently. So he denies knowledge of Thurs being his last game. He has heard/read the rumors but the focus is on the game. Dalton is starting and Fields will most likely be inactive. Depth chart has Fields as #1, but he's likely out this week.

This reporting makes no sense

If Bears were going to fire Nagy it would have happened already and again the franchise has never fired a coach midseason and there is no reason why McCaskey's would suddenly change that policy

Well, at least your name is fitting. :sarcasm:

Apparently, nobody has talked to nagy at all even after this report this morning? This organization is so damn poorly run.
