how has Robins looked in the AHL so far?

I see he has 2 goals - from playing on the 4th line?

How would you project him in the NHL? 2nd line guy at best?
I think 2nd line is unrealistic, despite his ability to score goals.
3rd liner with scoring touch is the realistic projection.

Great review by @Kcoyote3 here:
Summary if you skip to 18:08 in the video.
Strengths: Finishing (Shooting, Offensive Positioning)
Weaknesses: Distribution (Vision, Transition, Passing) and Physicality.

First round picks being sent to the ECHL two years after their draft is normal right? Amazing work by Junior.

No it’s not. The AHL is for development.
Of course but I’ve only ever heard of players doing conditioning stints in the AHL. Ozzy was sent down because he is not good enough to play for the Barracuda which is a great sign for his future.

I wanna see that 2nd line take over tonight. They seem to agree with your chemistry assessment for Eklund’s old line, @Hobocop.

In theory, I like Coe with Johnson and Suess too. Johnson/Suess have done pretty well with puck possession and Coe's main trick seems to be slipping behind the defense. That one could be interesting.

Genuinely don’t understand why people are going to bat for Ozzy Wiesblatt, who is and always has been a horrible prospect from day one and never going to make the NHL for anything more than a few games on the 4th line.

Problem is that there’s literally only like three guys in the entire 2nd round that would have been worth taking over him, and one of them is Bordeleau. Just a horrible draft overall at 32nd overall and beyond. Hard to blame Junior for that one even if I’ve always hated the Wiesblatt pick.

Thinking about getting the Barracuda AHL TV package, anyone have good experiene with it so far?

It's worth it to follow the team, but you shouldn't expect high quality broadcasts or anything. The video for many of the streams are just directly lifted from the scoreboard feed of wherever we're playing, for example. Then they just put Nollenberger's radio broadcast over the top of that.

I've had it for a few years and that's basically all there is to it.
