Still 3-2 at the end of the second. But we’re starting to show some of the mistakes that sunk us yesterday.
We also benched Frisch, and I’m not understanding that one.

Sucks that this team can play a dominant game for good stretches of time and then just flip a switch and forget what they're doing.
This season reminds me of playing EA NHL against the AI, where whenever you go up a couple goals something gets triggered and everything just finds its way into your net. It’s just as infuriating, too.
In all seriousness, "fun" fact: We've managed to blow three two-goal leads this season (and lose each of these games), and we're only seven games in.
We were doing a pretty decent job of icing this game up until Cassels accidentally put the puck over the glass, and then everything just went downhill. This has really been an aggravating month.
Plus side: Three assists for Gushchin, and two for Thrun tonight. Gushchin now has 12 points through 7 games.

I was joking, but at the same time... both. I'm really enjoying watching him play lately and having trouble getting the motivation to watch the wasteland that is the 23-24 Sharks.
Actually, my only knock on Gushchin this season is that he's had some key turnovers.

Guschin inevitably produces crazy numbers in every league he’s ever been in. The fact to at he’s now doing in at the AHL level is really a great sign. I really hope he can become a top 6 sniper for us.
