A great use of statistical hockey analysis is to find underrated players, like Colorado's Ryan O'Reilly. While a certain portion of his undeniable talent can obviously be picked up by simply watching him play, the full extent of his highly-disciplined defensive talent and possession-driving playmaking abilities can be more fully grasped when studying the underlying numbers.

Looks like O'Reilly's been reading all the HFNYR chatter - he wants to come here! Maybe Yakupov does too!
By the way, who is/was/are Ellington Mr Machinehead?
Fun facts. O'Reilly and Zuke where team mates in Russia, so was his younger brother Cal O'Reilly. All three of them celebrated Christmas together.
Wasn't Cal playing for the Predators? Is he still in the NHL?
Nope. He's in the KHL/SEL/Swiss league/wherever.
Two french guys and the hobbit continue to play well...cheers.
Really? I thought Pouliot was dreadful.
It takes 3 to make the line complete. Not Poo's best game but that line plays responsible hockey and make things happen.
Perhaps if he wasnt earning such an outrageous amount of money, he wouldnt get so much hate. Zuccs Hags and Stralman combined make less money than Richards, and they all had better games than him.
Not saying its necceserily fair, but thats my opinion why all the hate. Probably a bit of my own too
31-23-3. Not bad. But because of the broken system, we are only six points in front of the Devils who are 23-21-13. A team we have EIGHT more wins than.

Why is Richards getting no love? He made an incredible play for Callahan to score his 2nd goal, and just put the nail in the coffin at the end of the game. I thought he was noticeable all game.
those damn ****in debbie points
I know the points are still relatively close... but it feels like we're starting to create some separation.
Duke Ellington is a famous jazz legend. It rhymes with Zuke.

#Rangers are 16-0-0 when scoring at least four goals.
I would've settled for 2 games with 4 goals or more at the start of the seasonIf you told me there would be 16 games where we scored 4+ goals before this season I'd have laughed at you.
