We're CLEAN, we PROMISE!
They do seem more aggressive offensively. Might be just a coincidence, or the team simply sucks in front of Georgiev for "questionable" reasons?I think having Igor in goal gives Rangers more confidence

Maybe the doc is a HOT Russian woman? Wouldnt blame him, if thats the case.Glad you're putting all your cards in on a goalie who's great, but can't stay out of the team's doctor office.
It's not just this game it's every game with some people, not you. I just don't know what people are expecting. This board has always had it's share of whining and moronic hot takes but this year is the worst it has ever been and yet we have a good record all things considered.
Well I put a couple of people on ignore that bitch about the team when they aren't playing great and are nowhere to be found when they win. I try (and often fail) to at least balance out my negativity with positive posts when they win. Some people it feels like are rooting against the team.
Many would disagree with you.It was hardly a decisive win. Reaves landed the hardest punch, albeit not the most.
The last handful of games, the team has looked more like last year's version. No urgency, no speed, no precision. When the other team has the puck, we can't take it away, and when we have the puck, it looks like a game of hot potato. Nobody seems to be on the same page anymore. Not sure what's going on, but they need a bit of a wake up call.
That's Bob Wischusen...he's the radio voice of the NY Jets.Yeah, the broadcasters were good. I really liked the PBP guy.
I've never, ever seen a breakaway from where they were on the boards with that faceoff. Pretty comical.

And frankly, I would split up Strome and Panarin. It's great that they have chemistry. It's great that they are BFFs. But it's time to care more about their team than their bromance, and splitting them up could get other lines going.
Also, Kakko, Laf, Chytil, and Gaut need to start getting a minimum of 15 minutes per game. They need minutes to develop and right now, a slew of 4th liners are playing more per game. We're going nowhere now or in the future if we can't develop at least two of those four guys into difference makers. Either give them those minutes or send them to the AHL with a list of things to work on.
Exactly. Winning against the Avs when they are on a hot streak isn't an easy feat. Especially not when the refs also tilt the ice. Them getting the last change for favourable matchups is of course a big part of them shutting us down.
There's no patience with the team finding their way to play under Gallant, nor Zibanejad finding his game after he lost best buddy Buchnevich. I would (like some others also want) to see Panarin and Zibanejad on the same line for a while. Both need to get going more 5 on 5, but especially Mika. Kreider isn't exactly a passing wizard and Mika and Kakko can't find good chemistry.
Carolina are slumping more than us (5-5 in their last 10), NYR is still 7-3 in the last 10. I can't see how the sky is falling like it sounds like in here.
Will MacDermid getting a decisive win over Reaves make the rest of the league more willing to fight Reaves now? So Reaves will have a chance to enforce again?
Are you saying it isn't clear to you who won that fight? Take off the homer glasses. Is this a serious post, that was a decisive win? By what measure, the lack of punches landed?
Many would disagree with you.View attachment 491226
There's no problem...except Rangers get embarrassed by the better teams in this league routinely and have a losing record against them, are horrible 5v5, almost always outshot, have played maybe one sixty minute game this season, have one (barely) win in their last 4, and their most important young players are stagnating or regressing. We're still tied for 5th on the league table. All the other teams around us have been sputtering as well. Toronto is on top but has played more games than anyone else. Cats got mauled by the Sens. Canes got mauled by Covid.
There's no problem here. Hard stop.
