Team is on different pages. Looking like last years Jets. Their spacing is a disaster.
‘Doubt Mr Chipman would notice the noise until the arena becomes vewy, vewy qwiet..as in empty, vide, n’rien, nchoi! The paying fans are not to enthralled by the Jets and the way they play hockey
I honestly don't think it will make much difference (if any) if the guys you mention are demoted.Yeah but it's too predictable who gets held accountable for poor play and who doesn't at this point. Maybe try demoting Scheifele, Dubois or Conner for a change. It was the Scheifele line that was ass on atleast two of their goals.
The Montreal Screw Job?Something happened in Montreal... this has been different team since that Montreal-Toronto trip
i don't think we ever really play a fast transition game. teams like the avs or knights over the years i notice/feel look like they're in a different weight class with how much faster they play vs us.Avs look like a dog chasing a bologna sandwich and the Jets look like they are on round 3 at the buffet. What happened to playing with speed and transition?
I would love to be a fly in that locker room right now.
Like the Jets forward acquisitions this past offseason.
That's the venetian blinds, they came with the house. And the wall panelling?
It's not really fair to say "you've never played the game" so you don't understand. You made a perfect illustration of how this aspect of confidence is prevalent in all of our lives. As we've been over in our many debates, "I've never played the game" so of course I defer to your expertise in that regard; I know that when I struggled with poker play and my confidence is shot, the first thing I do is try and "get back to my ABCs". Study up on some fundamentals, review some common tournament spots, and next time I go play, look for small Ws, yeah? Rebuild that wall.
Morrisey godamn spellcheckJosh "Don Johnson" Morris.
‘Doubt Mr Chipman would notice the noise until the arena becomes vewy, vewy qwiet..as in empty, vide, n’rien, nchoi!
The thing is, we've seen what the players are capable of, so we know they are playing nowhere close to their potential right now. It's absolutely Chevy's time to shine right now. He better be back in his office right now with 31 phone lines open.
I honestly don't think it will make much difference (if any) if the guys you mention are demoted.
If Bones goes down the road of accountability, they'll ride into the offseason and spend the summer complaining about the coaching.
It's a lose lose for the coach - the team needs to step up and self motivate - they need to understand what kind of game they need to play in order to win.
I don't want any of them to be moved to the forth - I want them to step up and get it done on their own
This is the team that was apparently waiting for a wake up call - Bones provided that call and now they don't appear to be interested anymore.
I really couldn't care less who is benched or moved down at this point - it's up to the players to light their own fire.
So weird. Confidence is so fickle. Team chemistry can be a wellSomething happened in Montreal... this has been different team since that Montreal-Toronto trip
Bring back Paul Maurice and get HFJets Hall
That’s exactly why Chevy will make some moves this team needs some level of playoff revenues.A bad home stand and the Jets will be fighting for a playoff spot, teams behind us are coming at us quick
The Coaches were change but the Room remained the sameThe thing is, we've seen what the players are capable of, so we know they are playing nowhere close to their potential right now.
Any thoughts on why that is? Conditioning? Psychological issues? These are the same players, so we know they can play.
The boys look like they're skating in cement right now. I'm starting to think a little of both - the guys not looking after themselves properly physically down the stretch (not getting enough rest etc.), and some team fragility going on - you can see some sticks being gripped tight, and players visibly frustrated.
We played fast early in the season.i don't think we ever really play a fast transition game. teams like the avs or knights over the years i notice/feel look like they're in a different weight class with how much faster they play vs us.
When the TD comes and goes, and if Chevy does nothing significant? Then I'll be worried. But I absolutely want him to make something big. Schenn and Chycrun, if not Meier. Swing for the fences.
I see no sarcasm emoji so will pass this positive, constructive idea directly up the information ladder to the suggestion jar.So if the first part of the season was the new coach affect. Can we fire our coach right now and get another and hope for the new coach affect again?
You might be surprised. Fans generally care more about their team than many of the players do.I would love to be a fly in that locker room right now.
Garbage vehiclesThat's a huge insult to Hyundai.
Well players saying it's a business backs this upYou might be surprised. Fans generally care more about their team than many of the players do.
