I am going to laugh so hard when Falcao recovers his pre-injury form at Chelsea and makes Man U pay dearly.

Yes because the smart thing for United to have done would be to exercise the loan to buy option and pay top dollar for a guy who was absolutely horrible last season (and just as bad for Colombia in the Copa this summer).

There are players that prefer to stay at bench in a reknown team, than play in a not-well-known team as starter. The question is if Gio is one of them. But I'd like to see him playing in high-level in Europe again... He is better than Falcão Garcias and Balotellis of life.

Hey, the grass is synthetic or natural? The question remains...

He is an absolute star in Toronto and there is a huge Italian population there. He isn't going anywhere.

Great signing for the league. Next up, Gio dos Santos

Man U plays an ugly style of football that is not for everyone. They never used Falcao to his strengths. I understand they had Van Persie and Rooney to feed but they didn't have enough feeders. Their midfield is garbage. So is their defense. We'll see if I am right or wrong. Colombia did not get him a single ball in Copa America. That whole team did not take that tournament seriously and was grossly out of form. I have never seen Argentina physically dominate them before like they did in quarters. We'll see in qualifiers if Falcao is truly finished or not. Damn shame that 4th division french player ruined his knees in the peak of his career. He missed the world cup too. Colombia would have gone much farther with a healthy Falcao the way they were playing.

Apparently Di Maria agreed to a 5 year contract at PSG. Transfer fee is being negotiated.

I'm pretty surprised United are giving up on him so quickly.

Van Gaal doesn't do well with South American players who play that "on the ground" high technique style. He is a vastly overrated and mediocre coach.

He doesn't do well with players who cough up the ball and don't play a possession style game. Do I want to get rid of him? No, but he got outplayed by Ashley Young last season.

United don't want to give him up. If he's personally agreeing to terms with PSG, it's because he doesn't want to be at United. Seems like he wanted PSG all along.

Ronald Koeman, is that you?

May I ask what team you support?

LVG has a short shelf life. He is a coach that cleans house with a team, instills a new work ethic and attitude, and then gets canned for a coach with better diplomacy with the players who is savvy at coaching in game.

He is the catalyst to Bayerns success. Don't be surprised to see United finish 2nd or 3rd this year then sign a coach to put them over the top.

This.

Spain: Real Madrid. Die hard.
Italy: I don't have a favorite but I like Milan, Inter, Roma and Fiorentina. This season I will adopt Milan because they are rebuilding.
Bundesliga: Used to be Bayern Munich. None now. I kind of got on the Borussia bandwagon there for a while but so much for that.
Premier League: I like all the London teams. Used to be huge Arsenal fan when Dennis Bergkamp was there. But then also loved Gianfranco Zola and rooted for Chelsea. Overall I'd go with Chelsea because I think Wenger is another Dinosaur that needs to retire.

The Mexico-Trinidad and Tobago match was insane. Mexico went up 2-0 in the second half. T&T improbably scored three straight to take the lead. Mexico tied it with just minutes to go then went ahead on a T&T own goal in the 90th minute. Then, with garbage raining down on the kick taker, T&T tied it on a corner in the final minute of stoppage time.

2nd half was unreal. Trinidad ties in the last seconds as the guy who takes the corner is getting pelted with bottles. Not sure someone has shut up a crowd any better.

Mexico's coach is a jackass. I always root against their men's football team, but he makes me hate them even more.

Ramos for De Gea.

Sign Cillesson

Transfer Angel

Hope for Muller but settle for someone like Reus.

/end offseason. What a team that would be.

Not sure why Yedlin is benched.

He's a trainwreck defensively but they're seriously running out of time to worry about that. Especially because they haven't been able to push pace as much the last 15 minutes.

When your game plan becomes "let's do the 50 yard Hail Mary no matter how many times we fail" your chances aren't looking good.

Either that or "just give it to Bradley and hope that this time he'll successfully push the ball up". Neither are particularly good plans.
