It's all Price though

However, if your team is going to be all about one player, the goalie is the best one to go for

No question Price is a huge part of their team, but I wouldn't say it's all him. Subban is awesome (even though I can't stand him), Markov can still play and they have some dangerous guys up front. Galchenyuk is playing great and will just get better. I do wonder about them in the middle of the ice though. They don't have that true number 1 guy and haven't for a long time. Plekanec is more of a number 2 to me and I don't know what Desharnais is. 2 or a 3 maybe? I guess Galchenyuk could be the guy eventually, but I'm not sure if he's playing wing or centre right now.

I haven't seen the hit on emelin (on my cellphone) was it worthy. Was it 3 games dirty or 1 game dirty but it is against montreal so better call 911 and increase it to 3?

It was a bad hit, three games is good since Burrows doesn't have a clean record.

There's video from the RDS feed on the main board thread

Just watched the replay of that hit... Should have been a penalty for interference yes, but a suspension? Are you kidding me? Montreal typical, need to appease the masses

Ekblad scores his first goal, a nice win for the Panthers. Their record is not too bad now. Points in their last six games to reach 4-2-3.

And while I'm on the subject, Strombo's hair and style bugs me. Just sticks out like a sore thumb to me when compared to EVERY other panelist. It's like SNET tries too hard to be "hip" with their new national broadcast.

Rant over.

Yeah, the guy thinks he's still a 20-something kid at MuchMusic. Time to grow up a bit Georgie boy, you're over 40.

Calgary is a decent team. I was a bit surprised everybody had them being a bottom-feeder to start the year. Their 2004 cup run was awesome and it was an amazing year: they hold a special place in my heart

They've got a special place in my heart too, and one of the best moments they ever gave me was beating Montreal to finally win the cup in 88-89. What a damn great year that was.

Glad to see Montreal's finally putting up some losses this year too. Their unbeatability was getting annoying.

But Chicago, WTF, you couldn't give us the win now you're going around handing them out? congrats to winnipeg though
